Since 1795, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth has been Ireland’s National Seminary and a leading institution in the study of theology. The Pontifical University at St Patrick’s College, Maynooth offers a suite of academic programmes in Theology, Philosophy and Canon Law. Currently, there are over 800 fulltime and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate students. St Patrick’s College, Maynooth continually seeks to form well-rounded, compassionate and committed Catholic leaders – both clergy and lay – to serve in parishes, communities and wider society. Each year, students from all over the world come to study at St Patrick’s College, Maynooth.

The Pontifical University and National Seminary are located on the historical and scenic South Campus, while on the North Campus, students of St Patrick’s College can access the humanities programmes, facilities and student services of Maynooth University. Through its current campaign Alive in Hope, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth is committed to investing in its faculty, establishing a strong network of alumni, attracting future theological leaders and preserving its strong Catholic heritage. With the need for trained priests and lay leaders at an all-time high, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth is seeking to appoint a new Director of Fundraising & Alumni Relations.

Director of Fundraising & Alumni Relations

The Director of Fundraising & Alumni Relations will lead the current campaign in Ireland, the United States and other international markets, in addition to conducting the annual appeal and US fundraising events.  Working closely with the College President and key leaders, some of the major tasks will include: developing the on-going fundraising strategies, identifying prospective donors, achieving ambitious targets, implementing the donor communications and stewardship plans, and strengthening the relationship between the College and its alumni.
